Read on to discover five eating habits that will change your life. These are the principles we follow when creating eating plans for our residents. This post is part of "Rethinking Truth's "How to achieve health" Series and it reveals the first principle of health: EAT RIGHT.
#1: Enjoy lots of meat, fish, eggs, vegetables and healthy fats
#2: Enjoy fruits, berries, starchy foods every now and then.
#3: Eat as little sugar, processed foods, grains, bad fats and alcohol as possible.

Imagery in a Single Sentence
While poems and songs can paint a vivid picture since they are longer mediums, imagery can be found in just a single sentence as well. We consistenly exercize imagery with our residents. Consider the following imagery examples and read them out loud as you will be tempted to draw an imaginary picture of the action.
- He fumed and charged like an angry bull.
- He fell down like an old tree in the storm.
- He felt like the flowers were waving him hello.
- The eerie silence was shattered by her scream.
- He could hear his world crashing down when he heard the news about her.
- The F-16 swooped down like an eagle after its prey.
- The word spread like waves in the storm.
- The lake was left shivering by the touch of morning wind
- Her face blossomed when she cought a glance of him.
